It's been 9 days since they said they'd ship my subscription. All they did was create a shipping label and it's been sitting there ever since.
Not my favorite, but a pretty decent box. Wayyyy too much money for what I'd like to spend. But you do get pretty good products. I usually end up liking/wanting half of the products.
It's alright... In the world of ipsy or birchbox, they're pretty equal to me. But neither of them tickle my fancy much
Pretty average. Between this and birchbox, they're pretty equal. But neither tickles my fancy much.
I generally found myself not that excited about any of the monthly selections, which is why I quit. A lot of them are still sitting on my shelf. I think you're better off just selecting your own book to purchase every month.
Absolutely love! When I first tried this box, you couldn't choose your preferred price range and it was wayyyyyy too expensive ($158 for shoes expensive) so I quit it for a few years, but recently they've revised it so you can choose your price range. Things are still a bit too expensive ($36 average for a shirt), but it's way better.
We got off to a rocky start. My books had been packed incorrectly and were stacked on top of each other long ways in the box with a LOT of room to move around during shipping, which resulted in damage. BUT, Bookcase Club redeemed themselves and sent me a replacement box. I've since reactivated my subscription and will give them another chance. I will say that in both boxes I received, there are no new releases (1x 2014, 2x 2015, 1x 2012) which is a bummer because I'd already read Girl on the Train. I think changing that would make this box a MUCH bigger contender.
