First, I would like to echo a difficulty noted in another rrview: When trying to cancel my subscription my efforts failed and the coffee kept coming, even though I had received a confirmation of the cancellation weeks before the the shipment was made.
I had initially signed up to support a veteran owned business. I cancelled because I found the product to be disappointing (especially for the price). I purchased the K-cups. The flavor wasn't bad, but the cups themselves seemed to be cheaply made. The fine ground coffee leaked from each one resulting in sediment in each cup brewed. Of course, that does remind me of the coffee from the field mess, but that's a touch of authenticity I could do without.
Bottom line: For a dollar a cup I expect a better product and better customer service.
