Ships to the wrong place repeatedly

I (Canadian) purchased this for a friend in Wales. The seller has three months in a row sent this box to ME instead of my giftee. So, the wrong address. After writing in, the seller assured me the gift would be going to my friend. I've now been shipped three boxes intended for my friend with no response for the last three days from the seller. Had to reach out to CrateJoy for assistance.
