My mom bought a 12month subscription for my kids. I love their choise of books every month, but what I like the most about this company is their customer service!! They always reply within a day or so, and they are very generous! Love it!
I recieved my very first May box a few days ago! It was a pride and prejudice theme and oh my i loved everything!! The tea tested great and the snack (Like a chocolate madeleine kind of thing) was sooo yummy❤ the tea cup was made in japan which made me happier because im japanese and i know the company! The bookmark was curved beautifully, and bath bomb smelled nicely i could tell something smells good was in the box right away even though it was buried in tons of papers!! Im so sad that i only could afford 3 months subscription. If i had money, i would definitely keep this box forever! Love love love this box!
The books are good, but I couldn't even reach someone when I needed to skip a month for a vacation. I dont trust a company whose customer service doesn't technically exist
Their products are always very thoughtful and amazing. I love the books of their choice every month, and I recommend their box to anyone.
Having said that, it is hard to reach them. I have to really try sending multiple emails, messages etc for her to reply. Also, they make a custom box per month besides the "main" box for classic literature box, and you can't choose which box you get. So that leaves you the sense of unfairness when you figure out someone else got the box that was closer to your taste. After all, we are paying the same amount of money, so we should be able to choose the box we would like.
