I love FFF. I am disabled so rarely go shopping. When a friend told me about FFF I was a bit nervous to order, but I did and I have now been an annual member for 2 years. There are always things that I do not want or won't be able to use, but those are given to family and friends. The add-on sales are a great value as well.
My box was damaged during shipping. I took pictures of the box to show the owner and then the post office (at their request). I told the owner what objects were in the box and she noticed that I had three things missing. She immediately sent me the objects. I was impressed by the quick responses to my emails and the willingness to fix a problem that was not made by them. I have never had to deal with a damaged parcel or missing objects so I am not sure what the protocol is, but I know the time and consideration I received was exemplary.
I received my first In Your Case Stationary Box and it was my first stationary box of any kind so I wasn't sure really what to expect. I had seen the descriptions and the pictures of their lines, but sometimes the pictures can be deceiving when it comes to subscription boxes. I was surprised at the high quality of everything. The note book I received was so high quality that I am almost afraid to use it. lol. I have never seen a bookmark like the one I got. Very original and a step up from any other I have ever seen. I am definitely happy with In Your Case.
I got my first bag today and am very impressed with it. I ordered the all the feels for me box. I have been looking for a Canadian box and was happy to stumble across The Ellie Mae Box. So many nice things all in one place. The quality of the makeup bag is superior. The products were all high quality, even the sample size. I can't wait to see what the next month holds for me.
