Poor service

Single Cup Club on Jun 2018

Coffee was wonderful, but when I went to cancel after the money was charged to my account after having the subscription for a month, I hadn't received product. I was told my subscription was started months before I even learned about the Cratejoy subscriptions, and feel seriously slighted as I was charged but never received product regardless of cancellation. Was charged 7/11 and as on 8/3 still no product has been shipped. Great coffee, but service is disappointing from such a great concept.
