I got my first crate in March from BCC and was sadly disappointed to see an empty damaged box on my doorstep when I arrived home. I promptly emailed them with a photo of the box and the stickers from the delivery showing the damage and the lack of content. They put a new box in the mail to me right away. Unfortunately that one took a very long time to arrive and I emailed regarding that as well. I ended up with two crates in March due to the shipping gremlins, both arriving within a day of each other. Gave the 2nd box to my daughter while she was home on spring break. I'm amazed at how helpful and attentive they are with emails and issues. Exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work guys. Looking forward to April's books (even though I haven't read March's yet). :-) I plan on singing their praises on my blog as well. Thank you guys!
I'm so delighted when I receive my sketch box every month. It's totally worth the money. I sprang for the premium box and I have yet to be unhappy with it. I wish I had more time to utilize all the fun stuff we get, but currently with work, school and other commitments my creative outlet has been diminished. This box sparks a little creative juice in me every month that I manage to get a little ATC done with some of the spiffy items.
