I’m pleased to announce our new integration with the CartHook abandoned cart recovery tool. A cart abandonment occurs when someone partially fills out the checkout page but then leaves without finishing. What if we could find a way to get those people who abandoned to come back and finish purchasing? That is the premise behind abandoned cart recovery.

Announcing Cratejoy’s new shipments page

I’m happy to announce that today we’ve released part 1 of our new shipping page.

I know that many of you have been waiting for this to come out. The shipping page came up as our number two biggest issue from our last state of the crate survey. We’ve developed this new page in conjunction with some of our biggest sellers to be absolutely certain this page is a huge step forward for all of you. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
