We got our start after our own experience with grief and loss. It seemed as if our loved ones wanted so badly to show up, but didn't have the information or resources to do so. We wanted to provide a solution - a way that you can offer meaningful support in the most tender of times. Upsprout offers an answer.
Upsprout provides you or your loved one with space for a self-care practice, opportunities to improve daily life, and coping tools that offer comfort and gentle reflection. We deliver a monthly care package to ensure that this support is meaningful, consistent, and present in the face of the long and winding road of grief. Each box contains 5-7 full-sized, high quality, unique items. We carefully curate our selection. Each box has a specific theme and focus on healing the mind, body, spirit, and environment. Examples of themes include, "Nature", "Waves", and "Commemorate". Our offerings range from headache balm to combat tension headaches, to adaptogenic blends to support the immune and nervous system, to self care planners, adult scavenger hunts, guided meditations, and more. All of our items are handcrafted and carefully sourced. Your first box will be shipped within 2 business days of your order and following boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month with UPS ground and take 5-7 days to be delivered.
