Yes! All of our subscription plants come in plastic nursery pots, with dirt already in them. The only exceptions to this are the terra cotta box, which includes plants in terra cotta pots instead of nursery pots; the air plant box, which include 3 air plants and no pots, because air plants do not need pots or soil; and the aquatic box, which comes with an aquatic plant that needs to be submerged in water, and does not require soil or a pot.

They can be placed on the patio/porch, but make sure they are in shade, as direct sunlight is too harsh for most house plants. Some plants are more tolerant to bright light than others, and some may even require an hour or two or direct sunlight a day, but most of them prefer filtered, indirect light. Each plant will come with specific care instructions, so you'll know exactly what to do with each one!
