Hi, Laura. Good question :) The only difference between the boxes is the amount of product you'll receive. The items are all chosen from the same inventory, so you'll be receiving the same type of beautiful pieces, in the quantities you'd like. :)
Q: Is it possible to request what type of jewelry will be sent? IE ordering a gift for someone without pierced ears, so would like to not be sent earrings. Asked by Rik K., March 2020

I was very excited about this subscription and purchased it as a gift for my daughter in law and it arrived quickly after subscribing. It included 3 items not just 1. It might be ok for a very little girl to a teenager to recieve. I canceled because my daughter n law didn't like any of the items but maybe we just got a bad box 🤷♀️.
