I am still waiting for my box to arrive. I received a email awhile ago saying it shipped then I received another asking how I liked it so I went to track the package and it says “unknown” tracking unavailable?
I left an email message with the seller but haven’t heard anything yet. Anyone else have this problem? I don’t know if I should cancel because I’m afraid they will send another box without me receiving the first
Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you have not received your box. We emailed with the person who ordered this box earlier today and they are going to the pick up location tomorrow. An attempt was made to deliver the box two days after it was shipped. A delivery slip was left to let you know where it could be picked up.
