I am still waiting for my box to arrive. I received a email awhile ago saying it shipped then I received another asking how I liked it so I went to track the package and it says “unknown” tracking unavailable?
I left an email message with the seller but haven’t heard anything yet. Anyone else have this problem? I don’t know if I should cancel because I’m afraid they will send another box without me receiving the first
Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you have not received your box. We emailed with the person who ordered this box earlier today and they are going to the pick up location tomorrow. An attempt was made to deliver the box two days after it was shipped. A delivery slip was left to let you know where it could be picked up. I love this box! There really is something for everyone in it every month with a good mix of hard and soft candies to try. My family & I love getting this box and trying out all the candy inside. It has become a monthly ritual for us to all sit together to open this box.
The ability to try new sweets and treats and relive old favourites has me not wanting to cancel this subscription box any time soon!
I have a large family, so we split up the box to get a taste of everything for everyone. It was delicious and fun! There was a good deal of variety, it shipped in a very timely manner, and, since I only ordered one at the time, I'm about to order my second box!
When another candy box company failed to deliver the 3rd month of my daughter's birthday subscription, I ordered jer a month from Aaron's to make up for it. She got it yesterday and said, "Mom, this box is WAY better than the other one!" She was so happy with it that I just ordered a 3-month subscription for my youngest daughter's birthday. Also - very fast shipping and great communication from Aaron's to know when the box was shipped.
I am very disappointed in this box, this was my first time ordering a subscription box and so I was very excited. Until, I received my box, which was filled with basically parade candy, which I already have, and it's free. So I feel pretty foolish for spending $35 on peppermints and werthers... The box was so tiny. The positives are that the store was easy to contact to ask them to hold off on renewing until I receive my first box, and then once I received it they were kind enough to give me a refund when requested. I asked to return it but they don't accept returns because of safety reasons, so I was happy to get a refund.
