I ordered a subscription for $61 on June 2nd and they charged me $61 again on June 15th without even sending me a box. I have yet to receive any box or info containing a tracking number. I have emailed customer service via adams toy box and no answer. I’m starting to feel like this is a scam. That’s $120 down the drain. I wanted to give it a shot and I get burned which sucks.
**Update. I was told that my box would be out for delivery on the 18th. I haven’t received any box or tracking number. I have contacted them many times on many social media platforms and no answer back.
**Update #2. I have contacted them so many times regarding my refunds or packages and I haven’t gotten any answer back. It’s been two months and I’m still waiting. I’ll say that there products are good but as far as customer service you guys really suck. I just want what a paid for or a refund.

I have not received one item from this seller. The shipping policy states they ship on the first. My shipment has not even been prepared yet and it's the 7th. Originally order on March 19th leaving plenty of time to have my order out and shipped by the promised day. 10 minutes after posting this review I was contacted by the seller informing me that my order would ship out next day.
We were closed for the Eastern weekend holiday. This means we did not start shipping until the 6th of April. Despite the long weekend, we are still within the stated timeframe of the first full week of every month.
They charge a month in advance of shipping, but when they ship is up in the air. The policy says they ship the first business day of the month, the FAQ says the first week, and then when they fail at both they don't respond to customer emails until you call CrateJoy support and threaten a chargeback. The bottom line is they ship when they feel like it, and then when you complain, tell you that was their policy all along.
When they do contact you, customer support is surly, so for example after keeping you in the dark about when they'll ship when you complain you haven't received your shipment, it's only then that they reveal that there is tracking on the packages, and you find out it's been sitting in an unexpected spot your mail carrier stuck it for two days. For all the inconvenience of when you'll get what you purchased, and the inattentive customer support, what you get is not great value. Great concept, poor execution.
Andrew is dissatisfied with our delivery schedule, yet was fully aware of it prior to ordering (as indicated in his comments). We deliver using the methodology recommended by Cratejoy, as do most subscription services that use the Cratejoy platform. Andrew indicates USPS delivered his package, but it was in an unsuspecting spot. This is beyond the control of the merchant, and we advise customers to place a sign near their patio or door indicating where they want delivery personnel to leave deliveries. Finally, the customer was provided with tracking information immediately when it was requested.
