If you live is the US then this box might be worth your time but they shouldn't even offer it to Canada or other countries because the shipping ends up costing more then the box by the time it gets over the border and by then the items you get in the box are a disappointment

We do our best to pack value in to every box. Each box is worth between $80-$100 in retail value and is packed with usable novelty items and quality self-care goodies. In addition to the value on the books and products, in choosing Unplugged, you're supporting multiple small businesses with every purchase - which helps individual families! Each box features at least three or four small businesses and one or two small artists. We prioritize paying our employees, fulfillment team, and vendors fairly for the extensive time and planning and work that goes into every box while still including plenty of value for our customers.

This company was hard to contact, haven't received my orders in over three months and they haven't done anything about the orders or contacted me. I have cancelled my subscription and still no contact.

We sent you an e-mail, but wanted to address your points. You e-mailed just one time in December asking us to cancel your box. We immediately cancelled and refunded the remaining months of your subscription. You have not been charged again and you have not contacted us again after you asked to cancel in December. I just searched our e-mails and see only the one exchange from you, where you asked to cancel the box which was immediately taken care of. We respond to all e-mails within 1-2 business days as great customer service has been one of the things we strive for.
