Hi Michele, we are sorry to hear of your experience. Many items we send are handmade in house and we have never heard of the site you mention. We loved the wolf earrings and aim for stainless steel as often as we can due to its non-tarnish, lasting quality. The moon phase necklace you received was also made of stainless steel. Stainless steel generally has a nice weight to it so we were surprised at your personal observation of the necklaces weight but understand each person has their own measurement system.
