Most of our materials do not contain nickel. In the event that we have an item that does contain nickel, that will be included on the itemized list of materials in the monthly box; however, it would only be in an extremely rare case.

Unfortunately, boxes are planned out months in advance in order to create the best selection and theme we can for the box. We cannot customize boxes for subscribers, but we try to post box previews in the listing. You can opt to skip a month if you're not interested in receiving a box.
Q: Is the jewelry silver plated or sterling silver? Asked by Christopher C., September 2020
Items in boxes will mostly be sterling silver or sterling silver-filled. In some boxes, there may be something that is silver-plated. A detailed listing of all items and what materials that they are made from is included in each box, and each item is labeled as well. Boxes can contain sterling silver, sterling-silver filled, stainless steel and/or gold-fill materials.

The box is a little bit more advanced for a newbie like me. The items in the box seem of good quality and they were beautiful—I'm just not sure how to use them. (Not the boxes fault...it's my lack of experience). But I wanted to say the customer service received Katie was superb! She was kind, proactive, and very efficient in resolving my issue (again, not an issue with the box, it's a me issue!.)
