Our July Charcuterie of the Month Box featured French-style Rosette Salami as well as a Spanish-style Chorizo salami. Both salamis are made with 100% certified Berskshire pork and dry-aged in a room for three months. The chorizo features a special blend of four smoked and unsmoked Spanish paprikas to give the salami its rich, red coloring and create a smokey yet flavorful taste.
