Q: How does the salami keep on shipping in high summer months to the Deep South (90s, high humidity)? I’m concerned that this may not work during summer. Asked by Deborah B., November 2020

The meat is insanely delicious. Flavorful and definitely well made. Pairs very well with the baby goat cheese I bought recently. Shipping is super fast. I love it so far. Excited for next month.
P.S. Update: now into month 3. I am LOVING it! I’m picky and I haven’t disliked a single thing. Anything involving venison is going to make me very happy. Get the $28 pack. Well worth it. Sooo good!
