There were a few fun things in this box, but it is not worth the price for what you get.
First off: there are quite a few duplicates. In the 3 months that I paid for I got 8 duplicate items (one of which was in the box every month). You do get a good number of items per box (usually around 11) so there is a variety of sweet and salty items.
Second is the value: a lot of these are very small and cheap things that are from convenience stores. Since this box ships from Thailand there is a customs declaration on the box, and they label it as "$10". I understand there needs to be some mark up for the shipping & handling, plus to pay the employees for this to be marketable, but $170 for 3 months and you get what amounts to $30 worth of snacks is not worth it for me. There is usually one "high quality" item per box with a few small ones (which would be acceptable, but the small items are usually the duplicates)
Third and finally isn't too much of a complaint, but mostly a comment. Since it ships from Thailand the travel time for the box takes a while. For the first box is was near the end of the month before I received it and the tracking was not very helpful. The 2nd and 3rd months were better however, just the first was delayed.
On 8/7/2021 I ordered a gift. On 8/12 I checked to see why it had not shipped since the shipping info said: Your first box will ship within 1-2 working days and you will receive it within 2-3 Days. Please order between the 1st and the 14th of the month to get the current box. Ships from Los Angeles. I got the "due to Covid there are shipping delays"
I then got an email that it shipped on 8/13. On 8/25 I reached back out because it still had not been delivered. I was told that it actually shipped from Thailand and not LA. And would I give it 3 more days. The tracking information given was not helpful. As of August 30 my gift still has not arrived. They did offer (after I mentioned) to refund my money but my gift recipient would need to return the box when it arrived. So I have opted for fate and told them to leave my charge. Lesson learned! It's what I get. And that I would NOT be asking my gift recipient to make a return. What a hassle that would be.
I will say that they respond almost immediately - but this has not gotten my gift delivered. This has been a very disappointing experience and I will not be inclined to order from CrateJoy or Sweet Munchies again.

lots of variety and I'm surprised there many things I have never had since I buy snacks so often.
I bought this for my daughter who was adopted from Asia at age 12. She loved the box! The customer service was great, they double checked her address before sending. A personalized note was included just as I had requested.
I bought this for my son who lived in China and LOVES Asian snacks. He loves this box! He is so happy when it arrives every month.
