I ordered the Astrology, Manifestation & Meditation Club Box by BedHeart in March of 2022.. I didn't realize what was happening at first and thought I never received the shipments. Come to find out.. I thought there was fraud on my account because of an unknown charge for "Panzero" and an additional international charge for "Panzero Trebic". This charged showed it was for a men's and women's clothing store out of county (USA). I therefore, disputed this charge with my bank and had to get a new debit card not realizing it was for this box..??
Hi, we uderstand you, but we didn't make a single mistake on our side, and we are not mens and womens clothing store, this is probably a mistake from stripe which is the payment processor. We are trying to give you the best experience, but we can't do anything about this since it wasn't our mistake.

This company is sending a item (just one) direct from amazon with a gift note, as a box subscription. They are not giving what they are offers as subscription box.
We e-mailed you about your full refund 18 days ago, you probably wrote your adress wrong because our courier couldn't locate it. So you don't have to worry about the money, just check your credit card transactions and you'll see that we issued you a full refund many days ago :) Best regards, BedHeart
