hello im sorry to hear you are not happy with your bag. We used to ship in a box but the shipping cost was much higher we decided to ship in bubble mailers to reduce the cost of shipping and be able to sell at a better price. We do believe we have a great price for our acrylics, you receive 3- 1oz jars for a lower cost than most places, we are not a famous brand and we try to not over charge like other big brands do and still try to bring you nice colors in acrylics (colors, glitters,nudes etc.) and include a few nail stickers or charms or loose glitter here and there.
