This company is under new ownership, and I don't have an experience with the previous owner. What I can say is that the customer service is phenomenal. This cannot be stressed enough. I took issue with the product and dragged my feet to contact the company because I hate being mean trying to get justice I never believe will come because at this point my faith in people is that low. That is not how it went. I emailed them saying how much I hated doing this, and I just wanted the company to do the right thing. They were happy to. I had a picture, and they gave me exactly what I was asking for. Best of luck to the new owner; I'm really excited to see what they do with Awesome Breakfast in the future.
