Unfortunately the seller is unresponsive. I ordered in January and have only received one shipment despite messaging the seller and the Cratejoy customer service. I asked for a refund and I have yet to hear about that either.

I tried to provide a contact email, but was told it violated the content guidelines. I'm not sure how to send it to you, unfortunately. It's a valid email address; I know because I've gotten responses to it. But if I can't share it with you, you need to ask Cratejoy why they won't allow people to provide useful information like customer service email addresses in answers to questions!

I had the same experience. Cratejoy got involved and they never received a response. But I did end up receiving the two pair that I was charged for. I also went on to Bauble Mail's FB page and commented. I ended up cancelling my subscription. I was so disappointed.
I ran into the same issue! Bauble Mail was terrible and unresponsive. I was charged and never got earrings. Cratejoy customer service was very responsive and also tried to contact Bauble Mail but received no response either. I eventually got a pair of earrings in the mail months later, but I never got a response from Bauble Mail. Very disappointed.

Each pair of earrings I've received are absolutely perfect! They look expensive, but are super light in weight and always a wonderful mix of classic and edgy. Every new pair is a great addition to my collection!
This was my first experience with Bauble Mail and I am quite happy so far. The earrings I received are definitely my style and will get plenty of use this summer. Bauble also provided quick shipping and classy packaging (plus they threw in a sweet treat and positive affirmation to boot!) Very excited to receive future boxes!

Was my favorite jewelry subscription but now it's a month behind no reply to email/ Instagram posts dm or anything. Love the earring but customer service and delivery is gone way downhill if continues I'll be forced to cancel my 2 subscription with this company
