I placed my order in January and did not receive any further shipments. I attempted to reach the seller multiple times and I had customer service at Cratejoy reach out to them with no answer. I am asking for a refund. This is not what I subscribed to.
I was charged for January and never received the earrings. I tried contacting customer service three times and got no response. Very frustrating experience!!
I paid 100% up front and it’s like the lady just took off.....no communication from her since November after sending 4-5 messages. This totally ruined my daughters birthday present! I’ll probably never receive the refund I requested!
I basically received the same EXACT earrings twice. See pic. First shipment and second shipment. Not even months apart, then I could understand...but my first two are almost identical. So disappointed. Bad curation.
I absolutely love my Bauble Mail subscription! I'm on my third month and wear my earrings constantly. The first pair I received really resemble a high end designer brand. The second pair is completely different from my usual style which I love! My third pair is a uniquely shaped colored enamel! Definitely give this one a try...you will not be disappointed!!
