I purchased a subscription for my husband for Fathers Day back in June and it is now almost September and I haven’t received anything. I contacted support and they said they reached out but haven’t received any responses or explanations. I requested a refund for the $90.00 I spent and I sure hope they refund me.

We are sorry for what happened. As we explained in the email , we were having issues with our suppliers/shipping as well as COVID hurting us pretty bad. With that said, we still sent you the package even though we cancelled and refunded your order. We hope you like it and would give us a second chance in the future!
