This box is very unique from the typical ones—in a good way! It’s essentially a 1 month guide for affirmations/reflection/meditation on the subject of the time (current one is I am Love). The book that comes with it is really neat and has you fill out 30 days of morning and evening reflections (guided prompts included!). Super nice to have a box focused on growing yourself versus just getting pampering stuff! Would highly recommend!

When you open the journal, everything looks cheap and photocopied. The 'I am love' little cards you can pass out are basically branding/business cards. The essential oil is just basically a grapefruit scent with a flower. The jewelry, however, is very sweet. I love the bracelet and the ring. Past that, this box just seemed all about the seller, more than about the individual receiving the box - in my personal opinion.
