We have not received the first shipment

We have reviewed your concern. We found that your order was shipped on December 22nd and was delivered on 12/31, as shown in the images below sent to your email account.
This has been an unprecedented time for the USPS, which has been out of our control. As the artisan roaster, and small family business, we want you to be happy! Is there anything extra that we can do for you?
Also, as a small, family business struggling to stay vital during Covid-19, please reconsider your 1-star online review as this is the first 1-star review we have received during our 4 years in business.
I ordered two bags for my father over two weeks ago on a Tuesday and have still not received them.
Unfortunately we had a Holiday shipping schedule cutoff on the Monday prior to the holiday so that the shipments would arrive on time and our Roaster was going to be closed until after the first of the year. We tried to email you in regards to the delayed shipment but didn't receive a response.
Outside of holidays we take orders until 6 pm CST on Mondays, roast Tuesdays and ship out fresh on Wednesdays.
