I ordered a 6 mos subscription for my husband for the holidays and received the 1st shipment promptly. I have not received a 2nd shipment although it says a shipping label was created over a month ago. It also states the 3rd shipment is also being processed?
Updated 1/22/20- Bell Lap got back to me promptly and apologized for the confusion. They are sending the missed shipment and a little extra something for the confusion. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Hi Kelly - We are so very sorry for this confusion. We are going to ship two bags in your order that will go out tomorrow. The 15th fell on a Wednesday so it missed the cutoff for shipping last week. For your inconvenience, we'll send some dark chocolate covered espresso beans as a gift.
I prefer rich, bold coffee, so I ordered the French Roast. The coffee was very good. The quality is definitely there and I received my product very quickly. I ultimately canceled because shipping is extra and the combined total is just too much for less than a pound of coffee; however, if this were to change, I would reconsider. No complaints at all about product or service and would recommend if cost isn't relevant to your decision.
