Your first charge will occur the day you signup. If you prepay, you won't be charged again until you decide to renew, which will be on the 15th of whatever the next month is. If you're month to month, that renewal decision would happen on the 15th of the following month, as well.
Q: When is my subscription going to be shipped?Asked by Gerard V., September 2020
Your first order will ship within a few days (less than a week) of your order. Your second box will ship after the 15th of the following month.
So, say you sign up on the 20th of Month 1. Your first box will ship by the 27th (and likely sooner). Your second box will ship between the 15th-20th of Month 2, and same for Month 3, etc.
Q: What is the last day that I can subscribe to get this month's box?Asked by Gerard V., September 2020
The first box of each subscription remains constant -- Greece for Taste the World and the assortment including Jimmy Red Grits and Fregola Sarda for Essentials (and both, for Ben to Table). That will always be your first box, and then whenever you sign up, you'll get the next month's box with the rest of the subscribers.
