I can't seem to get bagels, or a response from the owner. I have received 3 separate emails saying my bagels have been shipped, each time I click on the tracking code and there is no location for the bagels. I have written 3 times to the owner, asking for help with this order, and gotten no response.
Hey Ken, Sorry we sent you on email on this. I am thinking it may of ended up in your spam. So we are trying here.
We are baking today and shipping. We are also throwing an extra dozen in there.
Sorry for the issue with USPS and we are trying to rectify.
