My box shipped on 3/15_ and after 15 days it’s still sitting in CA. This was a gift to my daughter and yes we live in the Big Island of HI but we aren’t in a foreign country. The other subscription boxes I’ve ordered for other companies get here in 3-4 days. I’m going to cancel this subscription. Very disappointed

I am so sorry for the delay in receiving your box. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of unusual delays with the postal system the past several months where packages unexpectedly sit for days in a distribution center without moving. This appears to be what happened with your shipment. Tracking does show that it left San Francisco yesterday so it should be back on its way to you.
