Q: Is there a way to only receive candles and not wax melts or similar genre items? I am always disappointed in those.Asked by Robin A., June 2022

We have over 1500 subscription boxes. I cannot guarantee that. I can guarantee great unique products. We rotate sometimes we will do dessert candles because people have never tried them.
Try our was melts, you will. not be disappointed. We offer about 5 different kinds of wax melts with the candle. It could be our wax jelly, wax crumbles, wax pearls, or gel wax melts in addition to the traditional wax melts, which we rarely do because our customers love to try new and exciting products. Every single one of these reviews has to be fake these candles are very pretty but they literally do not have a scent before or after being lit no scent at all. I bought the year subscription for my mom for her birthday and she didn’t tell me till 4 months later that they don’t smell when I picked one up to smell it it had no smell. I then contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund or a full refund it’s not their fault that the mom didn’t tell me that the candles don’t smell which is why I was fine with getting a partial or full refund they do not and will not give out refunds past 30 days bottom line is don’t buy these candles if you want them to have a scent if you are looking for great candles buy from goosecreek candles
Happy New Year Darius, as previously stated in our email conversation, had this been an issue my customers would not wait over four months. People are very outspoken today, as we can see. We sell over 500 subscription boxes on multiple platforms and never had this issue. It may be your nose.
