Q: is there a way to get more than one item? like a 2nd tier subscription option or something that would provide 2-3 items for a slightly higher price..? Asked by Clare L., October 2021

We currently don't offer this but it is a great idea! Usually we do package more than one wearable in each bag! But this is a great question and one we will look into!
Love everything in my box. All the items were very unique and well made, These were things I feel I would find at a boutique . Looking forward to my next box.
The first box she loved and it arrived as expected.
Our second was late. I actually sent an email asking about delay. No response but then I got a shipping confirmation a day later. This box feels cheap and thrown together.
Hi Tamara, we sent you a pretty long email about the whole situation, and also offered to extend your subscription for another month. So we did answer your email. I'm sorry you don't like the product. We would be more than happy to cancel your remaining order and send you a prorated refund for the remaining boxes. You might check your spam for that email we sent you, we responded immediately. If you would like a pro rated refund, just email us. I can assure you none of our subscriptions are "thrown together". We curate from all over the world, but if this isn't your taste, email is please and we will cancel it for you.
Lovely simple box great for gufts
EDIT: after seeing my initial review, I was sent a replacement item in my 2nd box along with a sweet handwritten note. exceptional customer service bumps my review up to 5 stars! fantastic =)
I do really like the box - however, it would be nice if we were given a couple of questions (like "do you wear earrings, prefer gold or silver" , etc) as the item I received was a pair of cute earrings that I can't wear as my ears are gauged.. and the bonus item for signing up was another pair of earrings. I'll keep my subscription for the time being as I'm curious to see what comes in the future, but I do think it could be vastly improved by giving customers just a few style options /choices!
