We received our Barkers Bakery Box and couldn't be happier! The product looked so fantastic and smelled even better! The packaging was super cute and made us feel like pampered pups! I was so excited to get this box for my dogs and was so disappointed. I received the first box right around Christmas Eve, so I thought great came right on time. Then I received an email stating another box shipped Jan 5, never received. Tried to contact the seller, after about 2 weeks finally heard back. They said they sent out a replacement shipment, but it was the same shipment as the December box. So all together I received my December box, a replacement for the December box even though I informed them it was the January box I was missing, and that was all. No January box and no February box. Received an email on February 3rd that that box was coming, but never received. Extremely disappointed, will never order from again, and would rate 1 star.

I received this box to try out with my puppy and i finally got a chance to let him have a treat from it! He loved it! This box has amazing packing. The ribbons and different packaging makes everything seem so luxurious! The only complaint I have is that one of my bags of treats came with a hole in the bag but it didnt affect the treats i just put them in a ziploc! Great, friendly company!!

Our box was beautifully packaged and full of tasty treats. They were a big hit with our pooches, even one of our cats had a taste! I feel better about giving my pets a healthy alternative to store bought treats that have chemicals in them. I will be recommending these boxes to everyone I know that has dogs.
