Q: I am looking for a gift for a friend who needs support and help coping NOW! Subscriptions ship early next month. Can it be arranged for a gift to ship sooner?Asked by Jane W., March 2020
It also doesn’t show me who you are when you ask the question and when I type “Jane” or even “w” in my search for subscriptions it shows me no one so I can’t find your order and I’m trying to find out how to fix this.
I am so sorry this was never answered, I literally do not know when it was sent. I cannot figure out how to get to the questions and answers because it is not notifying me when I get a question. Could you please email me at blessedlycoping@gmail??
Q: Is there anyone out there that maybe would consider donating one box a month to a Veteran? To do so just get in touch with your small town VA ClinicsAsked by Terry S., October 2019
Yes I would, I will look into that, thank you!
Q: I am trying to apply discount at checkout and it says I do not have anything valid in my cart. Also, I was wondering how i get the $16 price not $24 price it is charging me.helpAsked by Bari C., April 2020
Q: I have a 17 year old nephew with severe autism. Would this box be appropriate for him? He's not really into toys. Asked by Lisa L., February 2020
Hi! Yes, I actually cater to specific needs when I know what type of things
a person does/does not like. If you could let me know the types of items he
is interested in (fidgets, sensory, journaling/coloring, puzzles, etc),
which I will go into a little more detail if you let me know what
particular issues he deals with, since everyone is different, I could
definitely make his box perfect for his specific likes and needs!
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Shipping was a few days late & seller informed buyers and offered a ‘freebie’ as an apology. Customer care alone gets 5+ stars! Received box today and I can tell so much care was given. Warm and loving immediately come to mind and a few sweet tears come to eyes. Every item feels special. Thank you. I wish Ashley GREAT success!
Thank you so much for your feedback Elizabeth! Customer satisfaction is my upmost priority, and I will be sending you a little surprise for providing feedback for me!
I look forward to this box every month. I love all the little surprises and fidgets. I recommend this box for everyone.
I love getting my box every month. The craft is always fun, I have a slot in my purse to put all my new fidget toys for variety, and the handwritten not with a positive message always comes right when I need it the most.
Ashley really cares for all of her customers. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been empathic, receptive, and delightful.
I had anxiety about reaching out to her about my box but I’m glad I did. I have religious trauma and the scripture made me uncomfortable. I also mentioned I was vegan and could never eat the snacks or n the box. Now I receive a box without scripture that has vegan goodies! I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns because she is so compassionate and cares about your feedback.
I am definitely a long term customer!
