I ordered a 3-month subscription in July for my son's August birthday. It's now November 13 and he has received only one box of candy. He did enjoy it, but we are waiting on two more....it's been a loooonng wait. Disappointing.
My daughter really likes this box and lived all the goodies inside. We received our Nov box with no issues but we are still waiting for our Dec box its been 3.5 weeks. Ive sent 3 emails no reply as of yet. Hopefully it will arrive soon but I think I'll cancel our subscription. I understand stuff happens but when a customer asks questions then thats when service should be top notch. Just disappointed.
Its been roughly a month and a half since I ordered my Asian bocandy box and it still hasn't arrived :/
