In 2016, a bill was passed in South Korean stating that all Korean beauty brands/companies must stop testing cosmetics and ingredients on animals by the end of 2018. However there are still some brands that use components such as propolis, beeswax, or snail mucin.

I love this box! There is so much in each box and it is mostly well-curated. I've found a few new products in this box that I've already repurchase! This is my favorite box to get in the mail.

I purchased a 3 month subscription as a gift. After giving it to my friend, she informed me that she has very sensitive skin and because of her allergies she cannot use most products. I tried contacting BomiBox within 3 days of placing my order and well within the dates specified on their website as the cutoff. I emailed and tried to online chat no less that 5 times each within a 5 day period. Did not receive one reply. The phone number and address on their website is bogus. In the meantime, they sent out the first box. I tried contacting them again, still no reply. I finally contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. I don’t know how they can run a business when there is zero customer service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR BOXES!!!!
UPDATE—- several emails sent again and tried online chat but still no reply. Now they have sent the second box. This is so frustrating ….they obviously don’t check their emails because I have sent multiple emails cancelling the subscription and yet they continue to ship. Please be warned that if you should have any issue with your order, you will not get it resolved!!
Ecstatic to have received my Bomibox! It was a gift from my aunt and has been a godsend with my skin acting up from wearing a mask all the time. The products were super gentle and calmed the breakouts I was getting around my mouth. I also loved the sheetmasks which were so soothing and made my skin feel plump and healthy. I will subscribe to the box after I'm done with the products in the gift box. Highly recommend!
Their shipping is horrible, you don't receive the box until the end of the month or at all. Their customer service is subpar, took over a week to respond to an email and still no resolution. I gifted my wife 3 months, she loves the box but disappointed in the service and shipping. Received 1st month very late and now the 2nd box is missing.

I did not receive one product in my box. I contacted the company by email and they mailed out the product. I received a tracking number for all packages. The products are not ones I could find in the box stores in my area.
I subscribed for 3 months, the last box, I never received it, I have been trying to contact bomibox about the issue, as this appears as delivered, but I never receive it, the package is not even listed in the post office. This is the worst customer service, I want a reimbursement or the box send again, as I never had it and Icm spending all this money for them not to answer any email.
I'm consistently impressed with the curation of the boxes. I don't really wear makeup anymore (work from home) but since using a lot of the products I received in the box I feel like I don't need as much foundation anymore. I'm also happy that the products are for all skin types because I have hormonal issues that affect my skin so some days it's oily other days dry so I need different skincare routines depending on what my skin is doing. This has become my only skincare subscription, highly recommend.
I simply think Bomibox is the best Korean skincare Box available. I plan on renewing my 3 month subscription as soon as it runs out and I'm always telling gals how great it is and how impeccable the customer service is. It’s sad that people are complaining about shipping and stuff when there’s a global pandemic and these folks including delivery people are risking their lives to bring you a box. Geez Louise.
