Sorry for the late reply.
Our Boxes normally arrive by the end of the month.
But especially this month we will try our best to send it earlier so it can arrive in time for Xmas.
But we can't guarantee it for sure as t is out of our hands as soon as we ship it (depends on each country's or area Post Office's management.

Oh my gosh! This box was everything! It was curated perfectly, and my Japanese friend felt right at home. He loved every little bit in this box. My ONLY negative thing to say is that it took soooooo long to get. Definitely not a “monthly” subscription box. BUT, I will say.. WORTH IT FIR SURE. To see the happiness on his face was priceless :) I only wish that there would’ve been better communication on the arrival date. But, otherwise, SUPER AMAZING!!! <33333
Never received box. Ordered in early October. They said it shipped in November but never gave a tracking number.

Update: I received my box yesterday, Feb 19, 2021. So it took over two months to get it. The quality of the items is great and varied. It was a fun box to receive. Once I was notified that the box had shipped, it didn't take long to receive it. It just took a while for it to ship. I still wonder if it's better to order from their page if they have one instead of cratejoy. I have updated my rating to reflect the box received.
I placed my order on Dec 7th. It wasn't clear to me that I would receive it in January, but once I understood that I decided to wait. It's Jan 28th and my account still shows that my box is being prepared. I reached out to the seller and asked about shipping since they state that they usually ship around the 10th of the month but all they said was that my box was going to be shipped soon. In the meantime, the 2nd payment for the subscription was deducted. I don't know what the issue is. I ordered a different box from Japan from a different website and those are coming on time and regularly. I am disappointed because I was really looking forward to receiving this box. I waited long enough before posting this review, but if you are looking to buy just know that it may take a while, and who knows how long!, to receive it.
Took a moment to get my last few boxes. But I get it. Very good and fun selection of goodies. Everything is different. Comes with a print up about each package. Will renew my subscription. Thank you!

When we had an issue with an order that was placed and reached out to the company they were quick to respond with a status update. As this item is being shipped during the pandemic it takes a bit longer to get to here and they assured us it will be sent. My daughter is so excited to receive her items.

I would just like to say I ordered this as a gift for my oldest son who is a fanatic for all snacks or anything he can get his hands on from Japan ever since I was a flight attendant and use to bring him home treats.
Even though he has not received his “gift” yet due to unforeseen shipping problems from the pandemic, the handling of your customer service has been exemplary!
You have answered any questions I may have had IMMEDIATELY, and have contacted me post haste with any and all information pertaining to the shipment of my sons gift.

It's unfortunate, I've never really given many reviews on products unless it's a negative one and I'm trying to steer people in the right direction so when I say "Don't buy this box", save yourself the trouble and go check another out. I've given this company a couple different opportunities to reach back out to me when I've messaged them and on neither front have I received anything.
I ordered my box on December 4th, 2020. I understand with Covid restrictions things haven't been ideal for sellers and give my patience and understanding, appreciation when they try. These folks have yet to even try. It's not February 23rd, 2021 and I'm still without so much as a tracking number, much less a physical product. I'd love a refund or the box I purchased but at this point, it just seems I've volunteered to give them $50 with nothing in return. Live and learn.
I order late December 26 It is now February 14th and I still have my Box I have asked several times and they keep and tell me its in the mail apparently there's no tracking for it and um I've asked questions about a refund keep on being told don't worry its in the mail don't worry to the mail is now almost 2 months late so I want to call the authorities
This box took almost three months to deliver even the first box. The products in the box were mostly stale and definitely not tasty. We had to throw out most of the first arrival. I am holding out hope that the next two are timely and include interesting and tasty things. I may review again if the box improves (as of now, I've only received one and it came soooo late that I was already set to be disappointed).
UPDATE Jan 2021: I placed the order in Nov but looks like it didn't arrive to the vendor until Dec, IDK which of them to blame for that but that explains a portion of the delay (though not the vendor's lack of response to inquiry). We finally received our first box & it was full of a wide assortment of snacks that were a lot of fun to try. So far, the box is good, the shipping is bad, & the customer service is indifferent. I'll update the review as we get more experiences with more boxes!
December 2020: Box has not been shipped and no response from vendor as to ETA. Intentionally ordered early enough so it would be here before Christmas but it hasn't even shipped yet so that's not happening :( Hopefully, it arrives soon & I'll update with a review based on the actual box.

At the moment, the Japanese Post still provides a limited-service due to the pandemic and it is really difficult to give an estimation about the arrival of the boxes. There are big variations in the time of delivery depending on the area, and it is out of our control.
So we are sorry but we can’t tell you exactly when your Box will arrive but we are sure that it should arrive any time soon during January.
