Hi Andres! We're SO sorry -- for some reason Cratejoy allowed an order from Colombia, which it shouldn't have (we only take orders from USA). You were refunded and cancelled -- I hope you understand this. If possible, we would love for you to update or remove your review, but please don't feel obligated. We've tried to prevent this issue in Cratejoy, so hopefully it won't happen again for anyone else!
