Yes that is no problem you can do that. Once you have purchased your subscription go into your account and under manage subscriptions you should be able to skip the next month so the first box shipped will be January box. If you have any problems just contact us and we will happily sort it out from our end for you.

To put it simply, I absolutely love these baking kits! I am a huge fan of the British Baking shows, and have always wanted to attempt the desserts I've seen made on tv. This subscription service makes that possible, and in such a fun and stress-free way. I've gained baking confidence and had an awesome time making and sharing these desserts. The boxes themselves are arranged very well; obvious care and attention is placed during packaging. The ingredients and tools that are provided are organized and of great quality. The instructions, especially the images and the helpful baking tips, are absolutely top-notch, as they serve as the perfect guide throughout the baking experience. I've received three boxes through my subscription and purchased two previous boxes, and everything has come out so well and tasted great! I've enjoyed this service so much I've recently updated to a full year subscription! Of final note is that the customer service I've received is just as great as the service itself. If you're debating this box, please do yourself a favor and try it out! Highly recommended!

December 2021 Box - Mince Pies
Sweet mincemeat encased in a crumbly, sweet short crust pastry and dusted with a layer of powdered sugar make these delicious Christmas treats. The kit allows you to make your own pastry and mincemeat from various dried fruits such as dates, raisins, cranberries, apricots, currants, and flavor with spices. Use brandy for a boozy pie or orange juice for an alcohol-free version. Lovely with a cup of tea. (The kit makes 12 servings.)
January 2022 - Lancashire Lemon Tarts
Make a delicious tangy lemon curd and a delicate frangipane, then combine both in a sweet short crust pastry tart. Sprinkle the top with flaked almonds and once cooked add a dusting of powdered sugar. Delicious with a hot cup of tea. Kit makes ten individual tarts.
February 2022 - Viennese Whirls
Make 16 soft crumbly, melt in your mouth shortbread biscuits then sandwich them together with raspberry jam and butter icing. Enjoy on their own or with a hot cup of tea.
March 2022 - Hot Cross Buns
These yeasted buns are a traditional Easter treat in Britain. The soft buns are lightly spiced and filled with dried fruit. A paste shaped into a cross is laid on the top before baking to give them their distinctive look. Enjoy these buns on their own or toasted with lashings of butter. Each kit makes 12 buns.
April 2022 - Date and Walnut Loaf
This moist, light loaf is packed full of flavor. The slight crunch from the walnuts and the sweet chewiness of the dates creates a great alternative to a traditional fruit cake. The cake is delicious with the mocha fudge topping but traditionally is served in slices, spread with butter. It is, of course, perfect with a hot cup of tea. Kit makes a loaf that serves 6-8 people.
May 2022 - Jubilee Cream Tea
In celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee we have created a special cream tea box. Make British style scones flavored with orange and spotted with cranberries, then serve with the included blackberry jam and whipped cream. The box also includes Union Jack napkins, sugar cubes and a selection of traditional British tea. (Kit makes 6 scones)
June 2022 - Battenberg Cake
This classic tea party cake is a firm favorite in Britain. Moist pink and yellow almond sponges are arranged in a checkerboard pattern, sandwiched together with apricot jam and then encased in a layer of marzipan. Just the thing for an afternoon pick-me-up with a cup of hot tea. (Kit serves 8-10)
July 2022 - Eccles Cakes
A crisp puff pastry circle is filled with spiced currants to form a small round pie. They are topped with a sprinkling of sugar which caramelizes when baked. They are best enjoyed warm with a hot cup of tea. (Kit makes 10-12).
August 2022 - Coconut Meringue Slice
Make a sponge base then top with a coconut meringue, flaked almonds and a sprinkle of dried raspberries. Slice and enjoy with a hot cup of tea for an afternoon treat, or add some fresh raspberries and cream for a delicious dessert. (Kit makes 9-12 slices)
