All items are cruelty free and most are organic and handmade.
While many of the items are vegan, not all of them are.
We will take this as feedback and consider only purchasing vegan items in future. Until an announcement is made, only some of the items are vegan.

Many of our subscribers automatically elect to be billed on the 11th of each month. A bank may also effect this date.

We ship boxes at the start of each month.
For example, if you ordered in September you will have ordered the October box that ships October 2nd.

the February box was wonderful the candle is particularly lovely I will defiantly be getting another box I do wish there was better communication about shipping though. I was told it was shipped on the 2nd but it did not arrive till the 22nd this would have been fine but the tracking number didn't work until approx the 18th and the seller did not respond to my message which made me concerned that something had happened. but all arrived safely in the end

What lets this down is the shipping and the communication. I was so so excited to support my own country and women in business so gave it a shot. Took a long time for first box, still waiting on second and third and tracking info does not work. communication is slow and takes multiple emails. I hope the next two turn up. Good are ok, expected more. Am a member of quite a few subscription boxes. Will hope for better in next two and see where I go from there.
