First subscription was just OK. Socks were not worth the price. At check-out, I selected the non-renew option. At the end of the subscription I logged in to check that make sure it wasn't going to renew, I was surprised to see it WAS scheduled to renew again. I told the system not to renew- AGAIN. THEY RENEWED ANYWAY. Seller is refusing to cancel. Will have to make a fraud claim now. This is a scam, do not sign up for this subscription.
We are very surprised to see your bad review. We just received your email today requesting to cancel subscription, and we immediately went into the system and successfully cancelled your subscription. We were unable to administer a refund as your subscription was not cancelled before renewal date. It is the customers responsibility to cancel subscriptions in order to avoid renewal expenses. We purchase products based on inventory needed to fulfill our orders.
We have done everything we can to accommodate you by immediately canceling your subscription (avoiding any future charges), sending you 6 pair of socks, that would cover your most recent renewal expense, and asked you if there was anything else we could do to help.
