Q: I live in Phoenix, are all of the chocolates going to be melted by the time I get it?Asked by Richard S., June 2020
I loved the contents of the one and only box I received. That being said, I only ever received one box on my 3 month subscription. I should have received 2 boxes before shipping was paused due to the pandemic. My initial order was placed January 2, but didn't receive the first box until the end of February. Shipping was supposed to resume April 1, which I'm assuming didn't happen, but I have no idea because there has been no further communication. It's a great box if you ever actually get one.
4/9/2020 EDIT: Raised overall review to 2 stars as the seller has contacted me from an earlier request and is rectifying the situation. Will update the review again after seeing how shipping goes going forward.
5/4/2020 EDIT: Shipping has resumed and customer service has been great. I'm not able to re-up this subscription at this time, but I will in the future. I'm very appreciative of the service I have received since these issues arose and have revised this review to reflect that.
O<G! This has to be the best candy box EVER~ Besides a lovely presentation, it was filled to the brim with gourmet candy and cookies. It contained luscious dark chocolate ans sea salt bars, pirelle, biscotti ans spice cookie an the crowing glry?-- a huge slice of chocolate drizzled nougat! This is such a great box that I sent 3 gift boxes to relatives. No, I'm not exaggerating!
I was sent this box as a gift and I love it! It was different from your 'usual' gift baskets. Every single item was yummy and delicious. They included delicious items from brands I do not usually see in stores. The cookies were from a woman owned business and were some of the best I have ever tasted and the B Toffee was also the best toffee I have ever tasted. I will definitely order again for myself and family.
