Q: When is my subscription billed?Asked by Christopher C., September 2020
You will be billed at the time of your order. All renewals will be billed on the last day of the month at the end of your subscription. For example, if you purchase a pre-paid 3 months subscription (the most popular choice), you will be billed for three months plus shipping at the time of the order. It will automatically renew again on the last day of the 3rd month unless you choose for it not to auto-renew.

For starters Denise is simply amazing! I honestly am impressed and she is super sweet and kind! One my boxes are to be delivered today but I am already impressed with the customer service and the reviews I have seen the products are amazing. <3
Samantha. Thank you so much for your kind words. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share. Customer service is so important to us since we not only represent our business, but the many other vendors that we share with our subscribers each month. Thrilled that you like what you have received so far. Feedback is always appreciated. Again, thank you.
I received my first box and loved it! I purchased the $40 box and the items are received were delightful! I received a stunning-- and I mean STUNNING pair of dangly earrings with a starfish and sea glass bead motif-- so well crafted! Then there were note cards- just gorgeous and reminiscent of the psychedelic era and Peter Max but with the artists own flair, a lovely fragrant ocean scent candle and a jar of sea glass candy in assorted flavors--nice flavors and the candy really does look like sea glass! The owner, Denise, is so sweet and very helpful. This is my honest opinion-- i really do love this box and can hardly wait for my next one!
Thank you, Diane. We really appreciate you taking the time to write a detailed review and thankful it was a positive one. You have continued to provide us with honest feedback that helps us to improve our service. Thank you so much for your continued business. Best wishes.
