Q: What type of silver and gold material is used?Asked by Cathy S., April 2021
Hi Cathy! Thanks for the question. The majority of our jewelry is .925 silver plated. We also have some stainless steel and titanium pieces from time to time. We don't use gold. Our jewelry is costume jewelry (and is priced accordingly) so it is typically constructed of a zinc alloy base metal and then silver plated. Though we cannot make any claims to the exact purity of every piece, I can tell you that we only carry jewelry that is lead and nickle free. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and I personally wear every single piece (over the course of a month) to ensure that it does not cause any sort of irritation to the skin.
