Quality has plummeted over the last few months, and after quite a few complaints I have yet to see any positive results or even get an answer most of the time. This box used to be FANTASTIC and I’m very disappointed to pay $60 for half of the products I’m used to. And with no explanation or offering to fix the problems I’ve had with this company.
The idea is cool but the first two boxes were garbage and tried to ask for a refund but was told it wasn’t possible. My last and final box was what I expected to be getting the first two month. You guys need to step your game up!
Thank you for your honest review. You purchased a prepaid subscription which are non-refundable per our policy. This is common in the subscription box industry. Let us know what you liked so much about your 3rd box vs. your first two. The products are pretty similar month-to-month, just different strains. We would love to win you back!
