First of all, this was a gift and some strange things happened with the shipping address/name/something I did- and Stefanie from Chakra Box was simply AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help correct MY error and provide someone special in my life a birthday gift to show her how special she is. Because of Stefanie's kindness and assistance, the gift (which would have been early without my oops) was only about 12 hours off! Phew!
