This was a Christmas gift that I ordered the weekend after Thanksgiving. Despite ordering it four weeks ahead of time it did not arrive in time for Christmas which was very disappointing. I know that shipping was a challenge this year and I think everyone else knew that too so I am left wondering why they waited so long to ship this. The box finally arrived three days after Christmas and my daughter is excited to try most of the snacks.
Hi Andrea, we are SO incredibly sorry for the shipping fail here. You are so right, your box should have shipped earlier. We had delays with our product shipments and our fulfillment company was also running way behind - but that's not an excuse. We are really sorry that your daughter didn't get her box in time for Christmas. :( To try to make up for this, we're adding one free month onto your gift subscription, so she'll get one more bonus box. We hope this helps a little bit although it doesn't make up for it's late arrival. We sincerely apologize... But are happy to hear once it arrived, she enjoyed the snacks!
