Hi there! Thanks so much for reaching out :) No, we don't typically include refrigerated products in our box. However, every now and then, we will include a product that should be refrigerated upon arrival due to the high-quality of ingredients and the fact that our products never contain preservatives :) But we always let you know of course when it arrives. Shipping took a lot longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. I was very hesitant because I am allergic to gluten, dairy, AND soy. I opted for the gluten-free box and prayed I'd be able to eat the snacks. Luckily, only 2 of the 19 items were a no go, but my husband will eat them!

This was a Christmas gift that I ordered the weekend after Thanksgiving. Despite ordering it four weeks ahead of time it did not arrive in time for Christmas which was very disappointing. I know that shipping was a challenge this year and I think everyone else knew that too so I am left wondering why they waited so long to ship this. The box finally arrived three days after Christmas and my daughter is excited to try most of the snacks.
Hi Andrea, we are SO incredibly sorry for the shipping fail here. You are so right, your box should have shipped earlier. We had delays with our product shipments and our fulfillment company was also running way behind - but that's not an excuse. We are really sorry that your daughter didn't get her box in time for Christmas. :( To try to make up for this, we're adding one free month onto your gift subscription, so she'll get one more bonus box. We hope this helps a little bit although it doesn't make up for it's late arrival. We sincerely apologize... But are happy to hear once it arrived, she enjoyed the snacks! Eeeewwww. Cabbage chips flavored like sauerkraut? Inedible jackfruit jerky? Really hardly anything edible in whole box. And the pics suggested there might be non-food treats, but no such luck. Thanks, but no thanks.

It's a great way to try something you weren't "brave" enough to buy in the store and then get more if you liked it. Disappointed in this one. I really wanted to love it and discover new product to like but not one of them was interesting to me. I know subscription boxes are a shot in the dark but still. Also this is the first box ive tried that dont come with explanations of what the products are, how to use, where to find it if you like it,etc.

The box comes with a lot of stuff and definitely on track with what's trending in health right now. I love how it came with a full size seasoning too as I cook a lot and the flavor was "kung pao" which is pretty unique. My only complaint would be I wish I could select a low sugar option. That would be great for diabetics too. I'm not diabetic, but I'm very conscious of how much sugar I consume in general.
